Hi, I'm Vicky...
Vicky is the Owner and Co-founder of I AM YOGI. She has been practicing yoga for over 16 years and teaching for almost 7 of those.
Her passion lies in seeing people build a stronger connection to themselves through yoga. By moving and breathing a little more consciously, we realise that we have much more within us to nurture and take care of.
Practically, her teaching focuses on building muscles that are both long and strong, whilst offering philosophical musings about balancing the pace and stresses of everyday life, to encourage a peaceful existence. Vicky tries to get people out of their heads and into their bodies, which encourages deeper connection to the world around us and all-round better decision making for a healthier and more content approach to life.
